Position: Clinical Associate – Certified Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife
Time Commitment: Full-time: 5 days per week.
Location: Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, PA
Reports to: Dr. Monique Ruberu
Start Date: Immediately after orientation
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office position: 5 days per week, 1 evening per week required. Collaborative, close-knit team. Opportunity to grow within a thriving, boutique practice.
The Practice
Natural Women’s Health is a growing, mission-driven, God-honoring, integrative boutique Gynecology and Fertility practice in suburban Montgomery County, PA. Our practice is dedicated to restorative fertility care based on the identification and treatment of root causes, hormonal balance, and whole-person healing. We prioritize time, relationship, and individualized care–not volume-based medicine.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania License and professional certification required.
- Experience and immediate availability preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills; commitment to lifelong learning.
- The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and growth-minded; values long-term patient relationships over transactional care; loves God and desires to practice team-based medicine aligned with Christian values; has a strong interest in hormonal and fertility-focused women’s health care; and is deeply committed to investigating root causes of symptoms and to integrative medicine approaches.
